To improve the health and well being of families, people in the workplace and the community through collaboration with the YMCA. We will provide the best in health care services, injury and disease prevention, and wellness education with an emphasis on the mind, body and spirit.

Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine

The Center for Health and Wellness offers comprehensive outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine services located in the East Butler County YMCA. Our focus is to restore and improve our patients' function and quality of life. Our experience and licensed physical therapists will work under the direction of your physician to provide you with the best in health care services. Therapists will be onsite to provide consults, evaluations and implementation of your individualized treatment plan. We offer flexible scheduling and free childcare during your treatment.

• Surgery
• Trauma from falls, car accidents, etc.
• Overuse syndromes
• Work-related injuries
• Arthritic pain and dysfunction
• Amputation
• Neurologic deficits

Health & Wellness Classes

The Center's Health and Wellness classes include childbirth education, parenting classes, babysitting classes, teen classes, and nutrition education. Other available services include health screenings, stress management, yoga, and smoking cessation classes. Massage Therapy

The Center for Health and Wellness offers therapeutic massage provided by a licensed massage therapist. Therapeutic massage provides the release of muscle tension, increased circulation, improved sleep, stress reduction, and other health benefits. To schedule an appointment, please call the Health and Wellness Center at 513-856-9355 (select option two). Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. The cost is $32 per half hour or $64 per hour.
