The Wishing Well Gift Shop, operated by the Auxiliary, is located on the first floor lobby. If offers a
variety of gifts, flowers, cards, magazines and snacks. Hours are 9 am to 7:45 pm Monday thru Friday and 1 - 4 pm Saturday and Sunday. They can be
reached at 513-867-2247. There is more than one type of charge resulting from a hospital stay, so you may receive more than one bill. Physician fees will be billed by the physician. These could include anesthesiologist, radiologists, emergency department charges, etc. These charges will be sent you you separately. Questions about these charges should be made to the physician's office. For additional information or if you have questions about your hospital bill, please call Health Alliance customer service at 513-585-7600. To find out a patient's condition, room number, or telephone number, call 513-867-2241, or stop by the
Patient Information desk located in the main lobby. Public telephones are located just off the main lobby. New Ohio law prohibits public smoking. To comply with Ohio’s newly passed tobacco-free law, the use of all tobacco products is no longer permitted anywhere on the Fort Hamilton Hospital campus. If you need help to quit, Fort Hamilton Hospital’s Center for Health and Wellness offers smoking cessation classes. For additional information, please call 513-856-9355. Gift Shop and Cappuccino Depot in the main lobby also provides a variety of snacks. Visits from family and friends may help you feel better and we encourage them. However, rest is important to your recovery so visiting rules have been established with your best interests in mind. Visitors must be at least 14 years of age. If you have questions please speak with the unit head nurse.
An automated teller machine is located in the hospital's main lobby on the first floor. The machine
accepts all banking cards in the MAC system. Small waiting areas are located on each patient floor. These may be used by family members waiting to
go to a patient's room or for brief visits of a family and a patient who is ambulatory. The lounges are for use of all patients' visitors and should not
be appropriated by one group. Children may obtain special visiting privileges from the ICCU Unit Charge Nurse. Parking is conveniently located near the lobby entrance. Parking is provided at no charge. You can now enter Fort Hamilton Hospital from its new North Entrance (access from Haldimand, turn left into parking lot for):
